Whenever I called, I received return calls in a more than timely manner. There was no hard sell, and as they went above and beyond the call of duty to be courteous, passed coding without hassle, and given the age of the house (and my mess), I am totally sold on superior customer service and professionalism. "Willow Glen Electric has been extremely helpful with all of our electrical needs. My wife and I recently remodeled our cottage here in Willow Glen and they came quickly and gave us a reasonable estimate. They installed and redesigned all of the our outlets, lights, and several ceiling fans. The way they installed the lighting was incredible! It is distinctive and unique and we get compliments from our friends on how nice our pictures and rooms are lit up. Their employees were respectful and very nice. I will definitely be calling them in the future for all of my electrical needs."

"I came home from my honeymoon to find that part of my house lost electricity. I called several electricians all who were either "too busy" to come out or didn't even bother to return my call. Willow Glen Electric was the only one who not only responded, but in a timely manner and came out within an hour to repair the problem.
